Located in the Les Coteaux neighborhood, this project involved the expansion of an existing 6-unit residential building. The addition of 6 more units brought the total to 12 residential units.

The project offers 3½- and 4½-room apartments, some of which are spread over two floors to provide more spacious and functional living areas. Some units also feature two balconies, offering residents greater comfort and more outdoor space.
